What some of our students say...

How the course works
A tutor presents philosophical ideas or questions, and leads a discussion based on what arises in the group. Profound teachings of the wise may be considered and being practical rather than academic, the emphasis is on experience. Students are encouraged neither to accept nor reject the ideas presented, but to test them out in practice for themselves, in the light of their own experience. Students bring their observations and questions to the group and everyone learns through such sharing of experience.
