This 10 week Practical Philosophy Course in Kingston offers a practical means of discovering self-knowledge, observe and understand better the way we relate to the world and see what gets in the way of being happy, peaceful and free. This introductory course is entitled: Discovering Wisdom Within.

Students are invited to see life as a place to test the words of the wise through practical and mindful exercises.
