This 10 week Practical Philosophy Course in Kingston offers a practical means of discovering self-knowledge, observe and understand better the way we relate to the world and see what gets in the way of being wise, peaceful and free. This introductory course is entitled: The Wisdom Within. (A few seats are available for the Love & Wisdom – the Heart of Philosophy course also)

Students are invited to see life as a place to test the words of the wise through practical and mindful exercises.
